We enjoyed so many beautiful views.

Shortly after arriving back from our tour Anne Marie went to the Bistro with dear friend Glo for about an hour and had an ice coffee and the two of them enjoyed a nice conversation with one another. At the same time, Keith got together with dear friend Bob. All of us throughly enjoyed the tour and the good news is that it exceeded our expectations.
Before dinner, we stopped by the Crystal Plaza and listened to John Mentis perform the piano.
Anne Marie with Nathan and Monica who have taken excellent care of us at the Crystal Cove. On this next voyage, Nathan will be serving drinks in the Casino and Monica will be in the Avenue Saloon.
Afterwards, we dined at the Crystal Dining Room.

Bojan had his haircut in Auckland and we teased him that he got his moneys worth.
And Ayhan went to the Sky Tower where he did harness jumping and then walked on a platform outside the tower. Better him than us.
We each had our salads and we both tried a fish we have never had before. It was a fresh Local Tarakihi. It was delicious by itself as Keith tried a fillet without the sauce but we also both had it prepared like this which included a Fennel Risotto, Zucchini-Tomato Involitini and White Tomato Sauce.
After dinner, we attend a show given by Musical Humorist Dale Gonyea who did a wonderful job summarizing all of the funny things that happened on the cruise from the extra sea days to the small Bora Bora Bananas.
At the end of the show, Cruise Director Gary wished those leaving the ship in Auckland to go home a very safe trip home and hoped to welcome each of them on a future Crystal Cruise. Gary also spoke about the upcoming itinerary for those staying on board which will have a lot of days in port.
We slept very well and the seas were calm since we were docked in port.
As usual, Keith was up first and enjoyed a great workout at the Fitness Center.
Afterwards, it was back to the Lido Cafe for coffee and to read and write before he brought coffee back to Anne Marie.
Before we had breakfast in our room, Anne Marie walked for one hour on the Promenade Deck.
Today marks turnaround day as the second segment of the World Cruise comes to a conclusion and this is also the start of the third day of the World Cruise.
During the course of this voyage we sailed from Callao, Peru to Auckland, New Zealand. We traveled a total distance of 6,852 miles or the equivalent of 7,880 land miles.
We will now be sailing from Auckland, New Zealand to Perth Australia and this segment will feature stops in several New Zealand and Australia Ports.
We visited the Albert Park and took in various sites around the downtown area. Also saw the Asuka II which is the former Crystal Harmony which we sailed in 2002 as our introductions cruise to Crystal Cruises. We also went to the area known as America's Cup.
Anne Marie purchased some Yarn at a very nice store. Keith got new Tennis Shoes.
On our return back we ran into Head Waiter Augusto who just returned from Holiday as well as other senior officers who just returned such as the Chief Engineer as well as Vice Captain Nenad.

We enjoyed lunch at the Crystal Dining Room and had our traditional Cobb Salad as we toasted the continuation of the World Cruise with a flute of champagne.
Our original plan was to go back into the city but as we left the terminal area it started to rain so we decided to return to the ship knowing that we have another full day in Auckland tomorrow.
In the afternoon, Keith got together with Bob and a few other guests.
This evening we will be dining at Prego and will post about this tomorrow.
