Jamie Brown, Crystal Cruises Manager, Quality Assurance
When Jamie began her career with Crystal Cruises it was back when Crystal ran their on board shops and Jamie was a buyer. Eventually, the running of the shops was outsourced and Jamie came out to the Crystal Serenity as the Crystal Society Hostess and that is when we first met her in 2007. A few years later Jamie became the on board booking consultant and a few years after that she returned to Los Angeles to manage the quality assurance program and a few other areas including the on board vendors whose responsibility she picked up a couple of years ago.
